This site is the navigation layer for the public repository. The report corpus itself lives in the repository under knowledge-packs/, not under docs/.
The canon is built for AI/RAG ingestion first and human browsing second. It gives assistants a structured doctrine for meaning work: how to distinguish a word from a thing, a sign from its referent, a fluent claim from a warranted claim, a citation from support, a source statement from settled truth, and a symbolic frame from neutral description.

Core Doctrine
The canon treats meaning as an operational relation among territory, map, sign, code, context, evidence, interpreter, and action. That makes it especially useful for assistants that need to reason about language, documents, interfaces, social meanings, epistemic warrant, semantic drift, and symbolic manipulation without flattening all interpretation into generic summary.
