Stunspot’s Guide to AI Systems is structured operating doctrine for designing, steering, evaluating, operating, and governing production AI systems. It treats AI engineering as the design of probabilistic cognitive infrastructure inside deterministic operational systems. Agents are one layer of that infrastructure, not the boundary of the field.
